Format: Traditional art & handmade crafts only. (No digital art, AI-generated content, traced artwork, or non-original fan art).

Multiple Submissions Allowed:Participants may submit multiple entries, but each creator is eligible to win only one prize across the entire competition.

1. Shortlisting (Top 6)

The Arrtx Official Team will evaluate all eligible global entries and select the Top 6 Finalists to advance to the final evaluation stage.

2. Final Judging & Voting

The 6 Finalists will be evaluated through two channels:

• Judges' Choice: Evaluated on a 100-point scale by external guest artists invited by Arrtx.

• Community Choice: Voted directly by our global community on Discord.

3. Winner Determination & Award Rollover

Judges' Choice Grand Winner (1st Place)

Highest score from the Guest Artists.

Community Choice Grand Winner (1st Place)

Highest total votes from Discord Community Voting.

Grand Winner Rollover Rule

If a single participant (or entry) wins both Judges' Choice and Community Choice, the Community Choice Grand Winner title will automatically pass to the next highest-voted runner-up to ensure more creators are awarded.

Runner-Up Winners (2nd–5th Place)

After excluding the 2 Grand Winners, the remaining finalists will be ranked based on a weighted final score:

Final Score = (Professional Judges' Score × 50%) + (Individual Votes / Total Community Votes × 100 x 50%)
